Welcome to Cuddle & Relax. By booking a session or using the services provided via vanschoondrager.nl, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Professional Boundaries & Conduct
Platonic Nature: All services provided are strictly professional and 100% platonic. Any request for sexual favors, inappropriate touch, or suggestive comments will result in the immediate termination of the session.
Right to Refuse: In the event of termination due to misconduct, the full session fee remains due, and no refund will be issued. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my sole discretion.
Hygiene: Both the practitioner and the client are expected to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
2. Booking & Payments
Reservations: A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation message or email.
Payments: Payments must be settled via the agreed-upon method (e.g., bank transfer or cash) prior to or at the start of the session.
Rates: All prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the session price.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the full fee will be charged.
4. Health & Safety
Disclosure: Clients must disclose any contagious illnesses, skin conditions, or significant medical history that may affect the session.
Sobriety: Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs during the session. If a client appears intoxicated, the session will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
Discretion: Your identity and the details of your session are handled with absolute discretion.
Reciprocity: Clients are expected to respect the privacy of the practitioner and the location of the sanctuary. Taking photos or videos during a session is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Cuddle & Relax is not liable for any physical or emotional reactions that occur during or after a session. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
Cuddle & Relax is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
7. Age Requirement
Services are only available to individuals aged 18 years and older.
8. Changes to Terms
Cuddle & Relax reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
