Power of Touch Privacy Statement
General
Power of Touch respects the privacy of all visitors to its website https://vanschoondrager.nl, its (potential) clients and its (potential) partners. Power of Touch therefore handles your personal data with care. This data will not be sold, traded or shared with parties that are not related to Power of Touch’s services. In all cases, Power of Touch complies with the requirements of the data protection legislation in the Netherlands.
Processing of personal data
When using the Power of Touch website and its services, you leave certain information with us. This can be done, for example, by e-mail or via the contact and order form on the Power of Touch website. This includes name and address details, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and IP addresses.
Power of Touch only stores and uses the personal data that is provided directly by you or that is received by Power of Touch via Google Analytics (see more about this in the explanation of cookies below). You can view the Power of Touch website anonymously at any time, that is, without sharing any personal data with Power of Touch.
Goals
Power of Touch uses your data for the optimal performance of its services, including the execution of activities aimed at increasing its customer base and marketing purposes. Your data will only be used for the purpose for which you provided the data, or for purposes compatible with it. In principle, your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. This will only be done when it is necessary in the context of Power of Touch’s services or if this is required by law.
Retention period
Your personal data will not be stored longer than is legally permitted.
Security
Power of Touch takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or unlawful processing of personal data. Some of these measures include Power of Touch’s website secured with an SSL certificate.
This allows confidential information, e.g. provided via a contact form, to be sent encrypted; access to electronic systems is protected by a password, among other things; and only authorized personnel/third parties have access to your personal data. These measures aim to ensure an appropriate level of security.
Cookies
Power of Touch uses cookies. Cookies are small files containing data that are stored on the hard drive of your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Power of Touch uses Google Analytics. For example, it is possible that cookies from Google Analytics are placed with the aim of collecting data in order to ultimately give you an optimal user experience. By collecting data via Google Analytics, Power of Touch gains insight into usage and these statistics can be applied to its website.
The information obtained will be transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Power of Touch has no influence on this. Power of Touch has not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
The privacy statement of Google Analytics can be consulted here. Third parties do not have access to the cookies placed by Power of Touch. If you wish, you can change your browser settings to refuse cookies. Disabling cookies only affects the computer and the browser on which you perform this action. If you use multiple computers and/or browsers, you must repeat this operation as often as necessary.
Your rights
You have various rights if your personal data is processed by Power of Touch. For example, you can request to inspect your personal data, to have it changed or deleted. You also have the right to indicate that the processing of your data should be restricted and/or you can object to certain processing.

The rules surrounding the protection of personal data can change constantly. Power of Touch therefore reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement.
